Hows it going?
Hows it going?
Apart from my obvious passion for photography, I love
spending time by the beach, eating pizza, travelling,
hanging with family, my groodle Harvey, supporting
the most frustrating team in the world (Essendon)
and everything inbetween.
And that my friends, sounds like a dating profile - How good?
Why choose me?
If you're deciding on a wedding photographer, chances are you've already decided who's attending your wedding and who's not. Making that list is hard, or is it?
Ultimately you choose your best and closest friends who you trust and have fun with. More often than not, they posses similar interests and qualities to you.
It's no different to your wedding photographer. Ultimately I know what I can offer you and that is a friend for a day, hopefully a lifetime and someone who can reliably show up and deliver you timeless, beautifully composed images to last forever.
If you love my images, trust my style and feel a connection then I'm your photographer.
I love what I do and I love making people happy. I create something unique, timeless and elegant with my friendly and personable approach and above all I'm 100% sure that I'll deliver you a positive and fun experience as well as great imagery.
Now let's do this - I want to shoot your wedding :)
What's your style?
My style is heavily influenced from film photography. All my work aims to provide natural skin tones, punchy colours and a small amount of grain.
What's your turn around time?
I will upload a couple photos to my instagram within 48 hours of your wedding.
Please follow my instagram and re post / tag away. I will then send you a a second sneek peak within 2 weeks & finally I’ll send you all the edited images within 6-8 weeks of your wedding.
What do you charge?
I have several packages available for both photography and videography.
Please send me an email via the contact page to find out more.
What’s included with the 35mm film images?
Depending on what package you choose, I’ll shoot up to 10 rolls of film and provide you with medium to high res scans to go with your digital images.
Each roll of film has 36 shots with a feel to them that is unmatched by any digital image.
It truely does give you some amazing images and sets your day apart from others.
What film do you use and what resolution will it be scanned?
I use Kodak Portra 400.
Again, depending on what package you choose, all images will be scanned at a medium or large resolution. Medium res is suitable for online use, A4 & A3 prints and High res is suitable for online use and print outs up to A1.
How many photos do we get?
That depends on the package you choose. I always aim to give you quality not quantity.
Don't worry though, you'll get plenty. Most my full day packages get around 1000+ images.
How do we book you?
The best way is to send me an email via the contact page. From there, I'll send you my package list and some other information.
Can we meet you?
It’s not necessary, but if it makes you feel more comfortable then certainly. We can meet either before you book or closer to your wedding day. I love getting to know all my couples.
Do you charge for Travel?
It’s included in the price unless traveling interstate or where accomodation is needed in remote locations. This can be something we discuss.
Do we have to feed you?
The short answer is yes please :) The days can be long and I generally don't eat lunch whilst shooting so something to eat that night would be amazing.
What's the payment terms?
To officially book your date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total package is required. The remaining balance is due a week before your wedding.
What about COVID?
My 25% desposit is non-refundable but I only take the remaining amount a week before the wedding. This allows us to make sure that the wedding is going to take place. If it doesn’t take place I will work with you to ensure that we can organise a new date together, or if that’s not possilbe we can organise a refund of the remaining 75%. I’ll always do my best to make sure I can make the new date work.
Do we need a second shooter?
You don’t need second shooter at all. I capture each part of the wedding day in great detail by myself but if you’re having a larger wedding I would recomend it.
The reasons why some people add a second shooter is:
- If the bride and groom are getting ready in locations far away fom each other. This allows enough time capture all the photos and make it to the ceremony on time.
- If you want more angles and a wider vairety of shots
Can we buy an album after the wedding?
Yes. You can purchase a wedding album at any stage.
Is 8 hours enough?
It just depends on what type of wedding you have planned.
The other packages allow for more time before hand & more time on the dancefloor. Those packages really allow me to capture the full day and tell your story.
Do you shoot overseas & do elopements?
Yes, I love to shoot in new places. Please email me for those rates and information.
